Aman has an extensive knowledge in accounting and tax returns, including corporate, partnership, individuals and estates.
• As an Attorney, Aman has extensive knowledge in legal matters in business, licensing, tax and real estate.
• As a CPA, Aman provides tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to clients across many industries.
• Aman is currently advising and drafting documents for individuals, professionals and business clients regarding entity formation, corporate filings, operating agreements, licensing, regulatory, compliance, finance and tax matters.
• Prior to forming his own practice, Aman worked as a tax specialist for Ernst & Young LLP and Duff & Phelps LLC, where he provided tax consulting services and advised various clients on numerous tax matters in the areas of transaction consulting and mergers & acquisitions. Aman also worked in the tax and audit departments of Grant Thornton LLP.
• In addition, Aman served as an editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law.
